Connect Google Ads and Meta lead forms

Set up a lead-form connection, copy its webhook details, and check an incoming test lead.

Before you start

Configuration access and an administrator for the relevant advertising account and form.

Where to goConfig → Google Ads / Meta Ads
01

Choose the lead source

Open Google Ads or Meta Ads in Config. Give the connection a name that identifies the account or form.

02

Enter the matching connection details

For Google, configure the webhook key. For Meta, enter the Page ID, exact Form ID, Verify token, App secret, and Page access token for the intended form.

03

Save and connect the webhook

Save the setup and copy the generated webhook URL. Have your advertising administrator configure the corresponding lead form or Meta Page leadgen webhook with the matching connection details.

04

Check an incoming lead

Submit a controlled test lead from the intended source and check the resulting CRM data. Verify that you are testing the same form configured in the connection.

05

Review previous Meta leads if needed

Use Sync previous leads for a saved Meta connection when you need to import leads already collected in that form. Review the sync result before repeating it.

What success looks like

A test lead from the configured form reaches the workspace and contains the expected information.

If something goes wrong

  • Check that the webhook URL and key or verify token match the saved connection.
  • For Meta, check the exact Page and Form IDs and the account access used by the token.
  • If old Meta leads are absent, review Sync previous leads separately from new webhook events.

Still stuck on this step?

Send your workspace address, the affected page, and a redacted error. Never include passwords or access tokens.
