Payments & invoices

Configure Razorpay and invoice delivery

Review payment credentials, webhook settings, and customer mappings before collecting payments.

Before you start

Configuration access, a Razorpay account, and your company and customer billing details.

Where to goConfig → Razorpay / billing settings
01

Choose the payment environment

Use the intended Test or Live environment and matching credentials. Start with Test mode while checking your payment workflow.

02

Enter the payment configuration

In Config, add the Key ID, Key Secret, and Webhook Secret. Review the displayed payment callback URL for your workspace.

03

Configure the provider webhook

Configure the billing webhook for your deployment with the same webhook secret. Have your administrator confirm the endpoint and required payment events before enabling collection.

04

Review invoice details and delivery

Review company information, invoice prefix, tax and due-date settings, customer module, and customer field mappings. If invoice email or WhatsApp delivery is enabled, configure its channel and template.

05

Save and test the workflow

Save and run Test connection. Complete a controlled test payment and check the payment status and invoice information before switching to live collection.

What success looks like

The connection test succeeds and a controlled payment shows the expected payment status and invoice details.

If something goes wrong

  • Check that keys belong to the intended Test or Live environment.
  • If payment status does not update, ask your administrator to review webhook delivery and the matching secret.
  • If an invoice message fails, check its channel credentials, template, and customer field mappings.
